National and Local Awards Won
Triune Services Group received the Pyramid Award at the Associated Builders and Contractors National 21st annual Excellence in Construction Awards for it's Texas Security Bank project. Triune Services Group also won a 2010 Distinguished Project Award from TEXO, the local commercial construction association for this project. Judging criteria was based on unusual construction techniques, special obstacles, personnel management, scheduling, quality and safety.
The building, located at 1212 Turtle Creek Blvd. at the edge of the design district in Dallas, was originally constructed in the 60's to serve as a truck maintenance facility. The site had been vacant for several years prior to Texas Security Bank's decision to convert the building into their corporate offices and main branch. The architectural and interiors firm of Rogers-Ford, LC designed the adaptive reuse to maintain the industrial feel of the building while allowing it to function as a modern banking center.
